INTERNATIONAL INVITATION REQUEST

Please complete the following form to request an invitation. All request must be received within sixty (60) days of the event. Invitations take up to 14 days to process.

All information must be completed to create an invitation. Completing this application does not guarantee an invitation will be forwarded. If an invitation is forwarded, it will be mailed and e-mailed to the address of the group or individual listed below. No invitations will be forwarded to the Embassy.

From the US Embassy Office on Documentation:
Any documents or letters of invitation that you have to support the reason for your trip to the U.S. should be brought to the Consulate at the time of your interview. These documents should be original and are to be given to the consular officer conducting the interview. It is not recommended to fax or mail any supporting documents to the Consulate prior to your interview. We do not have the necessary storage space to maintain files for each applicant. Only documents submitted at the time of interview will be considered in adjudicating each case.
